This article proposes to analyze the tetralogy The Four Seasons (Past Perfect, 1991; Winds winds of lent, 1994; Masks, 1997 and Autumn Landscape, 1998), by the Cuban writer Leonardo Padura de la Caridad Fuentes (Havana, 1955), the power relations and disciplinary strategies that operate in the fictional universe, as well as the resistance to them within the texts. Likewise, the representation of disciplinary tactics is evident in the diegesis of the works: closure, location, functional locations and interchangeable elements such as time control in educational institutions (the La Víbora Pre-University, the Pre-University camp and the University of Havana), and in cultural publications (La Viboreña magazine). The research is based on theoretical references, drawn up by Michael Foucault mainly in his book Discipline and Punish: the Birth of the Prison (1975).
